Evaluation, testing and improvement of sensory attributes and shelf life of commercially sold packaged waffles to enhance their taste, texture, and overall consumer appeal. By adjusting ingredients and optimizing the formulation, we could achieve a balanced flavor profile with a light, crisp texture. I also implemented natural preservatives and modified the production process to extend shelf life without compromising quality. The project ensured that the waffles maintained their freshness and sensory characteristics, delivering a high-quality product with improved stability for commercial distribution.
